Prepared for a business sale. You stay in control.

We support owners of Hungarian SMEs valued between HUF 200 million and HUF 1 billion throughout the process: from preparation and positioning to finding buyers, negotiating and handing over the business.

Who do we help?

Too small for the big advisers, too valuable to handle alone.

We work with Hungarian SMEs valued between HUF 200 million and HUF 1 billion that have real, operating business value. Their owners may be considering a partial or full exit, or want to prepare in good time for a future sale.

When can you turn to us?

  • You are planning to sell your entire business.
  • You would like to sell part of your shareholding.
  • You are preparing for succession, within your family or with an external buyer.
  • You would like to bring in a strategic or financial investor.
  • You want to understand what your business is worth and how to prepare it for a potential future sale.

We recognise value in specialist markets too

In small, specialist markets, direct comparisons are scarce. Expertise, customer relationships and market position can make the choice of buyer particularly important. For these businesses, preparation and positioning lay the foundations for a targeted buyer search.

We give personal attention to businesses that larger advisers tend to underserve. A temporary loss does not in itself rule out a sale if the business has operating value that can be transferred. We do not take on sales of businesses in persistent distress or about to close.

Selling a business starts long before advertising it.

Good preparation can start long before you are ready to exit.

We prepare

We review operations, financial information, contracts, reliance on the owner and team stability. We identify what creates value or risk for a buyer, and what needs to be put in order before the business goes to market.

We position

We explain the business opportunity your company offers and which buyers might find it particularly valuable. We base the estimated value range and the emphasis of the presentation on the business's actual characteristics.

We guide you through

We prepare a targeted buyer search, coordinate information sharing and help you assess offers. During negotiations, we help you weigh the terms carefully, then support preparations for completing the transaction and handing over the business in an orderly way.

A well-prepared business sale may not be easy, but it can be clear, considered and personal.

We move forward step by step. You decide at every stage.

Six steps. At each one, you decide whether we move forward.

01

A confidential first conversation

We get to know your goals and situation. You do not even need to share your company's name. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.

02

Preparation, valuation and positioning

We review operations, financial information, and the strengths and risks that matter to a buyer. We establish an estimated value range, the tasks to address and how to present the business opportunity. When needed, you can draw on our specialists' knowledge and experience. We also explore opportunities to automate: where processes can be simplified and automation can reduce reliance on the owner. Smoother operations that are easier to hand over can improve buyers' perceptions and support business value.

03

Selecting the right buyers

We consider which strategic or financial investors, or entrepreneurs, might be interested in your business. We agree who may be approached and who should be excluded, taking into account your goals and plans after the handover.

04

An anonymous introduction and targeted outreach

We prepare an anonymous profile, then approach the approved group of buyers directly. The profile contains no company name, exact address or direct identifying information. In specialist markets, we also assess the risk of indirect identification with you.

05

Confidentiality and detailed information

We pre-screen interested buyers. After an appropriate non-disclosure agreement has been signed, we share identifying and detailed information in stages, with your approval. We separately agree the scope of sensitive information about customer relationships and specialist knowledge.

06

Negotiation, completion and handover

We assess offers and terms together. Legal, financial and tax specialists join at the appropriate points. We prepare the ownership transition and, if needed, provide project management support during the handover.

You stay in control

We prepare, value, assess and advise. Each next step begins only with your approval: you decide which buyer we speak to, what information we share and which offer we pursue. You can stop at any point.

You can count on us after signing too.

Handing over a business also means transferring its day-to-day operations. We plan how the new owner will take over customer relationships, responsibilities and team management.

If needed, we provide project management support during the transition. Within an agreed scope, we help coordinate customer relationships, operations, the team and the tasks involved in the change of ownership.

A good transaction leaves both sides knowing what comes next.

The decision stays with you.

We prepare, analyse, make recommendations and stand beside you in negotiations. You decide who we may approach, what information we may share with each person and which offer you want to pursue. Both yes and no remain your choice.

You do not have to decide yet whether to sell your business.

Free, with no obligation, and no need to share your company's name.
