You first learn about acquisition opportunities through anonymous profiles. We share the company's name and detailed information through a confidential process, after pre-screening and confidentiality arrangements, with the owner's approval.
The profiles help you decide which opportunities might fit your plans. We then discuss your goals personally and help you learn more about the business in stages agreed with the seller.
Alongside the anonymous profile, we support your decision with personal discussions and professional guidance through the sale process.
As well as sharing anonymous profiles, we speak with you personally about the kind of business you are looking for. We compare your interest and plans with the seller's priorities before sharing detailed information.
By the time a business is presented to you, the same team has guided its preparation: our accountant has reviewed the financial statements, and our operations specialist has examined what works without the owner. Due diligence therefore starts from an organised position. We also identify opportunities to automate operations, so you can see before the acquisition where efficiency could improve and how the business could develop further.
An owner who has invested months in preparation usually has a serious intention to sell. The final decision nevertheless remains theirs at every stage.
You can browse the anonymous profiles freely; moving forward involves a personal discussion. After you get in touch, we call you and sit down to talk: what you are really looking for, the size and sector, and what you want to do with the business after taking over. This is not a formality. We ask because our sellers are looking for the right owner, not simply the highest offer.
We do not send newsletters, and we treat your introduction as confidential. If we have no suitable business for you, we will not contact you. Silence means there is nothing relevant to discuss, not that we have forgotten you.
Businesses often outside the focus of larger advisers. We support these transactions through valuation, preparation and personal discussions between buyer and seller.
Businesses where specialist insight matters. Comparable transactions are scarce, so value depends largely on how much entering the market is worth to a particular buyer.
A temporary loss does not in itself rule out a sale. We work with companies that have an operating business, customer base or other transferable value. We do not work with businesses in persistent distress or about to close.
A few lines are enough to start. We can discuss the rest by phone.
